Artist Bio

Jasmine Mariz is a designer and creative practitioner earning her Bachelor’s degree in Creative Practice, specializing in Interior Architecture at the University of Nevada - Las Vegas, College of Fine arts. Her diverse portfolio encompasses interior and spatial design, industrial and furniture design, as well as traditional artistic mediums, including sketching, painting, and sculpting.

Guided by a fascination with the human experience in the built environment, Jasmine explores how design affects health, perception, and daily life. Her research often draws from anthropometrics, post-war design such as American Mid Century and Space Age aesthetics, and Indigenous Southeast Asian design traditions — approaches that highlight political, cultural, and material histories that have shaped interior spaces.

With experience in both manual drafting and CAD, as well as hands-on involvement in museum exhibition operations, Jasmine’s portfolio bridges technical precision and creative exploration. Whether designing functional spaces, furniture, or working with fine art mediums, she seeks to create work that is both visually striking and deeply human-centered.
